I liked Nightbringer better when they were a 3 piece but I will not deny that Lenny is one hell of a frontman.

i have yet to see them with a front person, i'm pretty picky about singers that only sing....i'm hoping for the best!

FUCK YEAH!!!! I AM SO PUMPED TO SEE NIGHTBRINGER!!!!!!!! Ruination and Bloodpact were some of my favorite hardcore bands from the past decade, so awesome that they are doing shit still!!!! I was thinking about 9 Shocks reunion in Clevo, but with Nightbringer on the bill, that's a definite reason to stay in town and rage!!!!!!! Andy is an awesome guy.

NIGHTBRINGER were great, I thought Lenny made a good frontperson, he gives the band a cool vibe. I think they do a good job at playing the Japanese "Burning Spirits" hc style, they do better than most US bands that try. People definitely missed out on Andy's distro, he just got back from Japan and had lots of great stuff in there.

Special thanks to Ana for making that RAGNIG food! Wow, it was great.

Also big thanks to IGNORANTMOTHERFUCKER and GODEATER for playing, solid local bands are what keep things going and give us the ability to bring in great bands from out of town, even if people haven't heard of them or don't give a shit. A handful of us were stoked to get to see NIGHTBRINGER and it wouldn't have been possible without the local bands. Thanks.

nightbringer were fucking sweet. what gives? 4 or 5 years ago, a band like that would have packed out the legion. it's too bad that hipster parties take precedence over a super-sweet raging hardcore show for some these days. i'm glad godeater decided not to jump ship, i agree with dennis. the show wouldn't have been possible without solid locals.

Yeah, Nightbringer ruled, we talked about them coming down again in April, with the students around. Hopefully one of my new bands will be ready by then.

It seems that the local bands show/party was more interesting to people, that's the way it goes, I guess. Fuck it, I am stoked they came down and thoroughly enjoyed their set. If shit was planned out better ie, in a perfect world, the Nightbringer show could have started at 8 and then been over by 10:30 and then the locals show could have started.

sucks that a bunch of the people at the crackhouse show were my friends that said they would be at legion but ended up just going there. and i'm pissed my guitar amp kept sounding like total turds.

this is the very reason our calendar, and this board in fact, were started. i understand that not everything can be worked out every time, it just sucks that people aren't working together more often.
