LAST HOUSE, LAST NIGHT

Postby Brian D. on Sun Dec 07, 2008 5:24 pm

12/08/08 LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT
KURT RUSSEL
GODFODDER
HEATH DEADGER
and some other band i cant remember.

this was the punkest show ive ever been to in columbus. things i witnessed include: somebody punching a window out, naked crowdsurfing, people crowdsurfing on top of a mattress, really drunk dude in an suv doing donuts in the snowy parkinglot just barely hitting everyone else's car and going up on the hill to the traintracks and getting stuck, steam coming out the door as people left after all the bands making it look like a hair metal music video. yocals from the monster house were in attendance taking notes on how to throw a real punk show. every show should be like this. looking forward to more nonsense at this new house in the future. if you need help fixing things amidst the aftermath lasthouse on the left folks, i got powertools.

Hey thanks man, glad you had fun! This was by far the most insane show we've had yet, fuck it I'm going to go ahead and say it was legendary. I'd like to thank everyone that came out, including the bands, who all put on an incredible show. Pizza Hi Five couldn't come due to problems with transportation, but the other 4 bands that did play more than made up for their absence. I'd like to especially thank Mickey from Heath Deadger for bringing over a pot of chili for the touring bands (delishh!).

As a side note, I seem to be missing one of my shoes haha. So if a left foot rowley skate shoe surfaces anywhere, please get a hold of me.

Also, if anyone knows Dream, tell her we have her phone.

By far my favorite show yet, here's to plenty more!

even though I was a little stressed out, which happens at every show, i had a fucking great time and it was totally worth it. I'm sorry about your window, and I'm sorry for the kid who broke his foot. If you need any help, let me know.
cross the rivers cross the bridges, I wanna go to where the kids is

come on, you didn't witness that, because it didn't happen. this was easily one of the best crowd shows i've ever seen though.

i'll also give you a hand fixing things if you need it. your house got fucked.

hah....yeah..we were the band you couldnt remember. it was a great fucking weekend because of this show. it was insane to watch and dancing to heath deadger with the mattress was fucking great. Dru, chillin at your house was awesome and i can't wait till we come through again. i had three people holding on to my drumset as it just went all over the place and i just tried my hardest not to hit the people holding it up.

ps - does anyone know who was taking pics that night? trying to get this LP art together and these pics would be classic

This was I quote on quote the punkiest show I have ever been to. I had a blast that night talking to people I didn't know while listening to brutal power violence of Kurt Russell and local Heath Deager.

The Last On The Left is also funny to me because there is a terrible horror movie coming from Hollywood I cracked up when I saw movie trailer.

Big Hands!
